"What's wrong?" Kiyoshi said.
"Nothing. Let's hurry!" He said.
(Y/n) nodded and they began running.
Once outside, they were met with the masked male kicking Zenitsu, who was hugging the two boxes close to him.
"Take this! Move it! Take this!" The boar male said, kicking him, before pausing, "Draw your sword and fight me! You spineless punk!"
The two teens were shocked, seeing the male being kicked at, and Shoichi near a tree, crying.
"Tanjiro...(Y/n)-chan...I protected it. Because you said...this was more important to you than your life. And you said, you could care less...but I know you care about it." The blond said, blood coming down his nose and mouth, and a bruised eye, "The thing is..."
-Small Flashback-
'I've always had really good hearing. One time, I knew what people said while I was asleep, and that creeped everyone out. I'm not hearing any more demon sounds. Tanjiro, (Y/n)-chan, you defeated that demon, didn't you? I can hear you guys, and also these weird-sounding, loud footsteps.'
"...itsu! Zenitsu!" Shoichi called out, tears threatening to fall, "Zenitsu!" He said, and the male opened his eyes, "Thank goodness! Are you all right? When the room spun around, we got thrown outside. We fell from the second-story window."
Zenitsu sat up, before putting a hand behind his head and looked at him with dotted eyes, "Did we now?" He said with a smile.

"I'm glad to hear that. So, tell me, why all the tears?" He said, before removing his hand, then looking at it, seeing red, "Now I get it! I fell right onto my head, didn't I?" He exclaimed.

"Am I gonna...Am I gonna die?" Zenitsu put his hand over his head while turning his head, "My head is starting to spin."
Then a laugh was heard.
"What's this? What's this? What's this?"
"Comin' through! Comin' through!" The voice said, before the doors were busted open with a headbutt by the masked male.
The blond hugged the kid, "There it is again! The monster boar!"
The male laughed, before turning his head, "I'm getting demonic vibes."
"It's him! I was able to tell from his voice! He's the fifth survivor! During the Final Selection, he was the first to rush up the mountain, and then he came down from the mountain before anyone else! Mr. Impatient!"
The masked male then saw the two boxes, "Hey, found them!" He exclaimed, before running towards them.
"Cut it out!" Zenitsu yelled out, running in front of them, making them halt in their steps.
"Who the hell are you? Get out of the way!"
"I'm Agatsuma Zenitsu! I'm with the Demon Slayer Corps like you!"
"Demon Slayer Corps? Then I shouldn't have to tell you! We gotta get rid of those things! Now, get the hell out of my way!"
"I'm not moving! This is Tanjiro's and (Y/n)-chan's-"
"Don't argue with me! In that case, I'm gonna demolish the and the boxes together!" He brought up his blade and put it next to the male's head, "I said move! Why, you..."
"Inside these boxes...Inside these boxes is something I'm not letting you touch! Something precious to Tanjiro and (Y/n)-chan!"
"Oh, hey, come on! What are you talking about? There are demons inside those boxes! Don't you get that?" The masked male said.
"I've known that from the very start!"
'I knew they were traveling with demons. Because the sound demons make aren't anything like human sounds. But...I can pick up a sound so gentle and kind from Tanjiro, it makes me want to cry. So kind, I don't think I've ever heard anything like it before. (Y/n)-chan's was gentle but cheerful...but had the hint of anger and sadness...All living creatures constantly give off sounds. The world is full of all these sounds spilling out. Breathing, heartbeats, the sound of blood circulating...By listening closely, I could tell what someone was thinking. But I've been deceived by others time and time again. I've always believed in whomever I wanted to believe in. Tanjiro and (Y/n)-chan, despite being Demon Slayers, are traveling with demons. But I'm sure they have a reason for that. And that it's a reason I can accept! I believe that!'
"I...I'm going to ask Tanjiro and (Y/n)-chan directly myself! So, you...You can just back off!" Zenitsu exclaimed, before the male brought up his foot and kicked him a few times, making the blond fall to the side.
The masked male looked at the boxes, brought up his foot, but was suddenly tackled, by the other male, "Let go of me, dammit!" He said, elbowing him on the back and grabbed his head, throwing him, "You're so annoying!" He got up again, about to head towards the boxes but tripped. He looked back, only to see Zenitsu holding his ankle.
"You're not laying a finger on those!"
The male kick him, bruising his eye, but the male grabbed him again.
"Those are somethings...precious to Tanjiro and (Y/n)-chan!" The blond said, throwing him to the side, and went to hug the two boxes, "You're not touching them until they get back!"
"Damn you!" The male said, shaking his head, before getting up, "Take this!" He kicked the male repeatedly, making blood splash on to the ground. He then held out his blade towards him, "Move it!"
"I won't!" He said, shaking his head.
-End of Flashback-
"After all that bluster, you won't even draw your sword, you dumbass? If you're a fellow Demon Slayer, then let's see you fight!" The masked male said, kicking Zenitsu over and over.
The two could only stare, along with the two kids by them.
Tanjiro was reminded of seeing Nezuko protecting Rokuta, before frowning.
(Y/n) put down Kiyoshi, and smiled having a tick mark on her head. Remembering a faint memory.
"If you're not gonna fight, get the hell out of my way!" He said, kicking the blond, "Move it!"
"Tch." The girl said, before walking up, kicking the male towards the tree, "Stop beating him up! I'm getting real tired of you!"
The masked male hit the tree, leaving a dent on it. He shook his head and stared at the girl, "I'll fight you then!" He said, pointing his blades at her.
"How dumb are you?! You don't even know the rules!" She said, glaring at the male behind her mask, "I'll fight you without my blade!"
"Knock it off!" Tanjiro said, running towards them, and made them look towards him, "Knock it off!"
