WORST I’VE EVER SEEN!!!! EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. I got a $60 pedicure less than 7 hours ago. And a $30 shellac manicure that’s already chipping. The guy was superrrrr lazy. Barely, and that’s generous, attempted to remove any of the dead skin. Not going to lie and say my feet weren’t in neglected shape (mom of 2 under 2) but they don’t look touched. I got an overlay on big toe…. It’s so lumpy, no shape and look at the polish job.

The guy that did my nails and feet for a gel polish change seemed rushed and really wasn’t listening to what I wanted. There was definitely a language barrier but he wasn’t really trying to understand what I wanted and was just trying to finish the task. My nails turned out out just “ok” and I won’t be going back. There are too many other nails salons to go to for better service and better quality results.

I have been going here for years, experienced several management changes. Today was HORRIBLE SERVICE! 2 ladies walked out , as they attempted to get pedicures. Now I had a pedicure the young man did not put clear on my feet as I was getting a fill in the Asian lady VERY RUDE kept pulling on my hands and began to get ruff tugging!!! I told her have someone else do my hands, then the communication started throughout the shop , I will not be disrespected nor spoken to in the wrong manner,. I will write a review ever week if needed THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND SPEAK ENGLISH, DONT TALK ABOUT ME TALK TO ME IN ENGLISH!!! I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN BUT I will WRITE A REVIEW!! I AM A BLACK WOMEN AND SUPPORT BUSINESS IN DETROIT THIS ONE WILL NEVER GET A GOOD REVIEW OLD NAIL POLISH , THEY REUSE THE WAX AND MELT IT DOWN NOT SANITARY!!!
